I have a question, Do I need a special license for model D? for example C390D?

Hello Eluid.cardenas,

Yep, delivery mode on the ESA requires a special license.
Please note - if the device is a physical device and the delivery mode license is installed onto it - it cannot be removed through the device and requires Cisco escalation.

Delivery mode will make the emails skip the security filters from memory.
