This depends on which part is being considered full.
Some directories can only be cleared with Cisco TAC assistance.
if you have issues on diskquota alerts on misc files; double check your diskquota and ensure it's not a false positive alert due to:
https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCus68365/?rfs=iqvredIf there is something using a lot, if it shows system files absurdly high it may require TAC intervention to clear - if it's User files (which is your log subscriptions) you can remove them by opening FTP into your ESA and using an FTP client to remove/copy files out.
