ESA DMARC verification report

May I know how to configure DMARC only send aggregate report to administrator and will not send to domain owner?

Aggregate reports are sent via email to an address specified in the rua tag of a domain’s DMARC record.

So when publishing the DMARC record for the domain you would need to add the administrator's email address as the value for the rua tag.
