ESA E-mail Advanced Malware Protection and inbound essentials Bundle

Hello - maybe someone can answer that questions. Customer ordered ESA Advanced Malware Protection and ESA inbound Essentials Bundle (AS,AV,OF). Now he has received the activation keys and there are some features missing:

Old Few:

New Few

 Two Licenses are missing - Anti Spam and Antivirus. Does any knows the reason - do we need an extra order? Normally its included in the bundle!? Thx in advance for your help and BR

You need to open a TAC case with licensing issues.

That's a VM, and the online system for pulling those licenses seems to fubar it regularly.

thx Ken for your answer - already opened a ticket but the Cisco Support quality is not really good. I think one PAK is missing - but we will see. Nevertheless thanks for your feedback. BR Rainer
