There really is no document of what version to version to upgrade. all you can do is when you select the upgrade, select the highest version it gives you as that is the highest compatible. After upgrade you should be able to do the command again and see the next step until you get to the version you want to be on.
Not hard as it will not give you the option to upgrade past what is compatible with the version you are running. I'm guessing it should be probably 10->13->14.x
