Expanded URL have no URL reputation

Hello, why i have no url reputation information on expanded url ?

example : 

MID 127285039 having URL: https://aka.ms/EmailingBestPractices has been expanded to
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/security/office-365-security/outbound-spam-protection-about?view=o365-worldwide
