We've got executive spoofing working, we have an exception list that for the most part works with few false positives except:
Let's say executive "Bob Smith" is in the exception list with his personal email address @gmail.com. If he sends himself or another member of the company an email from his apple mail app on his iPhone it gets caught by the filter. I think because it is coming from apple.com instead of gmail.com, but I am not sure.
Is there something we can do to stop these false positives?
