Filter Processing ( DKIM Failure)

I am fairly new to Iron port and was hoping someone can help me out with an issue we're having with regards to dkim failures.
I am trying to allow an email(daily notification) from a trusted sender to a recipient from being quarantined. I tried creating a content filter for it but it keeps hitting this DKIM_failed. I did a trace and it looks like it doesn't even hit the content filters, because it gets dinged in the "Filter Processing".

Is there a way for me to allow this email from being quarantined or getting flagged as dkim_failed?

If you're able to provide the mail_logs for one of the emails failing DKIM or the message tracking information, that would be a beneficial start. :)
