Foreign Language Spam

Is it possible to ban email in specific languages? Or any non-english language?  Thanks.

I'm looking at the same thing but I need to learn how to write a filter.

Hi,

You still can submit the original copy of the non-english spam to spam@access.ironport.com so rules can be created to stop it. Alternatively, the write a message filter according to the KB link.

@The-Messenger: The KB is referring to message filter (not content filter). Message filter feature can only be accessed via CLI/SSH mode by running the command 'filters'. Please look at the user guide or online help on message filter for the available rules and actions.
