Hello Ibrahim,

 

Can you please share the exact error screenshot with details on the issue that you are facing?

 

Meanwhile, firstly please check if trailblazer on the ESA appliance is enabled or not by running "trailblazerconfig status" command.

 

Please check on the below details which are available in the release notes of Async OS version 13 for checking on accessing new GUI:

 

• Make sure that you have enabled AsyncOS API on the appliance.

• By default, trailblazerconfig is enabled on the appliance. – Make sure that the configured HTTPS port is opened on the firewall. The default HTTPS port is 4431.

– Also, ensure that your DNS server can resolve the hostname that you specified for accessing the appliance.

• If trailblazerconfig is disabled, the AsycnOS API ports configured in Management Appliance > Network > IP Interfaces must be opened on the firewall.

The default AsyncOS API HTTP/HTTPS port is 6080/6443.

Try logging in with the URL "https://esa.mydomain.local/ng-login".
