Handling Error Messages

We would like to send a copy of all NDRs, DSNs, etc. to a particular email address. How would you handle that? I thought I could do it through bounceconfig as there is an option, "Do you want hard bounces sent to an alternate address?" but that redirects the message instead of sending a copy. With that enabled, the original sender doesn't get their notification that the message hard bounced.

I've created a content filter that looks for "delivery-status" in the "Content-Type" header and BCCs in our address that we want to send copies to. That catches DSN messages generated outside the company.
However, when the IronPorts, themselves, create a DSN message, they must bypass the content filter as those messages are not being BCC'ed.
