Hello all,

currently I got a problem with a domain.

I has adding a domain ex. yahoo.co.id in Whitelist Host Access Table. But, when I did message tracking. There are some email are in UNKNOWN or SUSPECTLIST.

Mansur,

Some ideas:

1. Ensure the domain is added to the whitelist. If you have multiple listeners, check the HAT on those as well.

From the GUI

  1. Click the Mail Policies Tab
  2. Under the Host Access Table section, select HAT Overview
  3. On the right, make sure your InboundMail listener is currently selected
  4. From the Sender Group column below, click WHITELIST
  5. Click the Add Sender button near the bottom half of the page.
  6. Enter the IP or Hostname you want to whitelist in the first field

When you finish adding entries, click the Submit button. Remember to click the Commit Changes button to save your changes.

Note:  The Whitelist default configuration has SBRS and Antispam disabled. Ensure the email address is added to the Whitelist per the instructions above and that the HAT Whitelist Sender group is at the top of the HAT List. HAT is processed top-down.
