help me with incoming mail report

Hello All,

I am new with cisco ironport. I was asked to provide a report on Incoming mail count over a period of time from a particular sender.

Could someone please help on how can i prepare such report. (if possible some more details like if any email was blocked, etc)

Operating System: 8.0.1-023

I don't have my device infront of me to double check but i remember it should be something in the GUI > Monitor > Incoming Mail Summary

Here you can pull some reporting information for hour, day, week, month etc.

Else, you can organised scheduled reporting for incoming mail summary

This will show how many connections/messages were entered, filtered, dropped due to SBRS, dropped due to spam, virus or content filters and how many ended up clean

we use sawmill as a reporting tool.
