Hiding the message content and sending exchange server failure notification massage to the mail sender

I have a cluster between C190 and C100v and we are runing version 11.0.0.264.

I have the following two issues:

  1. When I login as an admin and open the spam quarantine table or policy quarantine table and see the message details I am able to see the message content which is undesired permission even for the device administrator, so I need any solution to hide the message content when seeing the message details in spam quarantine table or policy quarantine table for all user including the administrators.
  2.  In case of exchange server failure or down, I need the IronPort to send [bounce] a exchange server failure notification massage to the mail sender in case of sending incoming or outgoing mails.

 Best regards

Hi Mohamed,

1. Currently this is not a modifiable option, The message body of the messages in the quarantine will be shown.

2. If the exchange server is unavailable the ESA would retry delivery of the emails based on the bounce profiles (Network -> Bounce Profile). You can configure the bounce profile to send delay warning messages.
