Hi Team,
Good day !
We, have four processing ESA C670 severs, they are back up to each other (Inbound/Out bounds) designed long ago.
Could you please let us know how to check which servers are failover to other?
Many Thanks

Hi,
Suspending the listener mimics a failure and will force traffic to other MX records. You can either use the "suspendlistener" command in the CLI or go to [System Administration -> Shutdown/Suspend] in the GUI to suspend the listener.
ESA is not configured to be a failover, it would depend on the MX records or if there is a load balancer in place making that decision.

If a load balancer is being used would need to be confirmed by your network team as it is outside the ESA.
