I am trying to pull log files from my SMA. I am logged in with the admin account and when I https://SMA_Name/system_administration/log_list?log_type=mail_logs I get the message "Access Denied. You do not have the necessary privileges to view or edit this page. Not sure why I would get this message.
So, on my SMA, the links are all FTP links, which none of the browsers support by default. When I click on them it throws me at a "pick an app" window... I usually use an FTP client (FileZilla/WS_FTP/etc...)
