How to retrieve my licence key : Cisco ESA C160

Hi all

I recently renewed my service license Cisco ESA C160. My contract ID is attached to my CCO ID. I can access to the contract but t I cannot find my licence key in oder to activate my appliance for 1 year of support. 

Normally my License key is supposed to be downloaded directely from the Appliance. When a Licence key is available, I  see it directely in the area where is mentionned “Pending Activation”.

How can I do to retrieve my key activation. I have already opened a case.

Hello Chefdivinfo,

As you had renewed the licenses, i assume you would have a PAK key ready.

If so, when you reach out to Cisco, please request for the licensing team to assist you to activate the PAK and they will be able to send you your license keys as well in an email to manually apply to the ESA, or wait for an hour or so and click Check for New Keys and it should auto retrieve.

If the PAK has not been registered and activated, your device will not be able to retrieve the keys automatically.
