HSRP v2 vs GLBP

Hi Guys,

I have doubt in HSRP v2 and GLBP.

Both protocol have same multicast ip address. if i configure both protocol in a switch, how exchange their messages.

Hello,

I don't think this problem is related to email security. So, maybe the wrong group.

Nevertheless, GLBP and HSRP v2 will not conflict as long as you use different group ids for the different routers.

glbp group ip [ip-address [secondary]]

standby [ group-number ] ip [ ip-address[ secondary ]]
