Is the Ironport have INBOUND or HARD queue? I am asking because I met this question in the certification program and I can not found this information in the books and user guides.

Many thanks

You can find information about the delivery queue by typing "tophosts" from the command line.

Here is some kb information that may be useful.

The INBOUND queue would be the workqueue. That is where messages end up immediately after reciept and while they are being processed. You can type 'workqueue status' from the CLI to find out how many messages are in the queue.

Try using 'workqueue rate x' where x is a number in seconds to refresh to see an updating status display.
