Hi,
we are facing issues with incoming emails from some of the important domains, in the message tracking i can see after SPF check Pass, there is 5 min delay (Timeout for Unsuccessful Inbound Connections) and then connection lost error as below. the ESA is in DMZ and it forwards the traffic to fortinet firewall and then there is edge router facing the internet. Please recommend how to resolve this issue

if you think the domain which email sent from is much more crucial for your business you should add that domain to whitelist in HAT. the next time email sent from that domain will not be dropped.
