Incoming Mail Policy "No Users have been defined" after Commit

For some time now, I have noticed the following issue with my company's vESA (C300V):

When I modify a (preexisting and populated) Content Filter or Mail Policy via the "Add Condition"/"Add User" buttons respectively, the Filter/Policy will sometimes be empty after confirming via the "OK" or "Submit" buttons. If I then press "Cancel" instead of committing, all the previous entries are back to normal, but clicking "Commit" will result in an empty policy/filter:

Has anyone else run into this problem before and could share some insight on the cause? I haven't been able to replicate this issue, it seems to happen randomly.

Our vESA is currently on AsyncOS version 14.2.3-031, build 18 Oct 2023. The older OS version might also be the cause, but I haven't found any reports of this problem occurring specifically under AsyncOS 14.2.3 yet.

Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

I have not been able to reproduce that... and haven't seen it before either...
Gut feel, the redraw after the OK isn't filling in the page correctly.

I have a similar weirdness... no matter what page I'm on/what I'm changing, when I commit, instead of staying on the page I was editing, it takes me back to the My Dashboard page.
Not quite as disruptive as yours, since yours means you just saved an empty condition grid, but still weird.
