The upgrade is using http to get the upgrade file form the server.
In upgrade config you can set a proxy is you need. If that is not in option. You can also set up a local upgrade server. http://tinyurl.com/2dpv3x

I know that it use http port 80, but we have special rules for this port, and I need to know what kind of packets or requests it use.Is it open some kind of tunnel between server and applience?
Thanks

The upgrade process uses standard web traffic. ie, TCP port 80. No tunnels or anything special, and it can happily be run through a proxy server if that makes the network setup easier.
The only thing thing that might be a bit different to normal traffic is the size - update downloads are in the 150-200MByte range.
