Inquiry for Bounced mail

Hello,

I would like to inquire regarding the bounced mail, if there is a possibility to return the mail being sent by the sender back to the sender itself. If can do possibility, please kindly advise how to configure in ESA.

Both message and content filters contain a bounce action that can be used to bounce emails back to the semder.

You would need to add the filters based on your requirement of under what condition the emails are to be bounced.

The content filter has a bounce action you can test with.

Condition for the filter would be as per your requirements,

Content filters are added under Mail Policies -> Incoming Content Filters..

Once added the filter would need to be enabled under Mail Policies -> Incoming Mail Policies.
