No it doesn't. I would encourage you to log a feature request looking for v6 support and add your voice to the others.

We're also interested, as we are planning to start an IPv6 test phase Q3 or Q4 of this year

AsyncOS 7.0.1 does not support IPv6 at this time.  if you'll open a support request and/or work with your sales account team, we can add you on to the sightings list for enhancement ID 52760 which describes the need for this new feature.
