No it doesn't. I would encourage you to log a feature request looking for v6 support and add your voice to the others.

AsyncOS 7.0.1 does not support IPv6 at this time.  if you'll open a support request and/or work with your sales account team, we can add you on to the sightings list for enhancement ID 52760 which describes the need for this new feature.
