I am facing an issue that , ironport is blocking an autogenerated mail.
kindly help in resolving the same.

What does message tracking show for this autogenerated mail that is being blocked?
To obtain message tracking from the web interface:
- Go to MONITOR > MESSAGE TRACKING
- Search for the email in question
- Click the 'Show Details' link next to the email in question

Thanks for your revert.
I am able to see below message in the tracking log
Message 183170 to firewalladmin@stockholding.com bounced by destination server. Reason: 5.1.0 -
Unknown address error ('554', ['Mail from
suggest=websense.com__9j3y6p8k407zfhec@79hk3fmsddet.2-7dpeaq.2.bnc.salesforce.com rejected for policy
reasons.'])
but here I am not understanding why Ironport is changing the sender mail id.
at the same time I am able to see the proper mail id in private mails.
and this strange thing is happeneing only with specific id of specific domins.

This must be similar to your other thread you have opened.
The email address is valid --->
MX record about stockholding.com exists.
Connection succeeded to mail1.stockholding.com SMTP.
220 mail1.stockholding.com ESMTP

250 mail1.stockholding.com
> MAIL FROM:
=250 senderok
> RCPT TO:
=250 recipientok
Usually - wth the 5.x.x returns - those are generated from the recipient side. You would need to investigate from the mail host/Exchange side as to the logs, and what is occurring with that account. This change in the mail id is done from the Salesforce side for tracking/routing purposes - and not being changed from the ESA.
