IronPort is not getting the emails being sent by the Exchange Server

                         Hello Support Community,

My IronPort C350 is not being able to listen to Microsoft Exchange Server even though i have the smarthost setup to direct it to the ironport, whats the best way to check if the mail im sending through outlook is infact being caught by the ironport because on the overview page everything is simply "0" and there are no summaries of the emails being sent graphs etc... Please Help!

Hi Muhammad,

Did you check in the Message Tracking tool?

That's what I always check when testing an email flow.

Another way is to login to CLI via ssh, issue rate command (with 5 seconds for example) and monitor if numbers are increasing.

also make sure the Exchange IP is on RELAYLIST

Navigate to GUI --> Mail Policies --> HAT Overview

  1. Then click the RELAYLIST sendergroup
  2. Add the IP address of your sending MTA to this group, submit and commit changes.

Then as Mariusz suggested check mesage tracking. Please let us know if this resolved the issue,  thanks
