 I found the link 

You modify the text of the notification message on the IronPort Spam Quarantine setup page.

Choose Monitor -> Quarantines and enable the IronPort Spam Quarantine.

That is correct, the spam quarantine configuration on the ESA/SMA would allow you to modify the spam notification template body.
