No access to ESA C190

Hi everyone! I have a problem accessing ESA C190. I can’t access the web, SSH, or console. WEB - page does not open, SSH - connection refused / Connection closed, Console - I see "Welcome to the Cisco C190 Email Security Appliance
login: ", but when entering credentials, there is a noticeably long response to input, instead of Latin symbols, any other character can be entered. For example adыin, as if the console connection parameters were incorrectly set (I tried all possible options, just in case).
The device LEDs are on / flashing green, I can ping the device.
I connected the PC directly to the DATA1 port, tried to access the WEB - to no avail. I have only one idea left, to make an image from a working ESA and copy it to a non-working one, but I'm not sure that this will work at all. Any ideas?

The same is happening with my C360.  I think it might be due to TLS1.0/1.1 not supported (browser?).

I tried different browsers, but I think this is not the case, since I can access the second ESA from the same browsers.
