Not receiving Cisco Registered Envelope Service activation emails

We have an issue where some people are stating to get messages from Cisco CRES from other vendors.  These people didn't have accounts so they go through account setup and now awaiting an activation email for over 2 hours now.  We go into our IronPort C100V and search in Message Tracking and we are not finding anything coming inbound from CRES.  Is there a known issue today 1/17/2018 causing these activation confirmation messages not to be sent out?

I have not heard about any cases today, but you can always contact the CRES Recipient Support team for further assistance.
