number of unique email users (c370 + m670)

We need to renew the licenses for our 2 c370 and single m670 devices. How can I determine the number of unique email addresses being used for licensing purposes?

I use the number of mailboxes in my Exchange system...

I'm pretty sure its based on "users" not "addresses"

we are providing an email relay service for a small client base. i would need them to tell me how many users they have in their mail systems? I'm trying to determine this for the feature key renewal.
