Opening a TAC case from an ESA appliance not showing up

I tried to open a case for one of our ESA appliances from the appliance yesterday at 10:41 EST.  I got the initial email from the appliance, but heard nothing additional back from Cisco.  When I went to Support Case Manager at https://mycase.cloudapps.cisco.com/case, I have an older case that shows up but not the new one.  A coworker tried to open a case as well ( Dax Daisley ) and it never showed up.  Is this functionality down or ??  This case is not critical.  This is in CES. Wondering if others are experiencing similar.

There were some ongoing issues with this. Please contact TAC via phone or email to raise cases for now.

You could still report this problem along with your original issue so that someone in TAC can work internally and provide feedback
