I tried to open a case for one of our ESA appliances from the appliance yesterday at 10:41 EST. I got the initial email from the appliance, but heard nothing additional back from Cisco. When I went to Support Case Manager at https://mycase.cloudapps.cisco.com/case, I have an older case that shows up but not the new one. A coworker tried to open a case as well ( Dax Daisley ) and it never showed up. Is this functionality down or ?? This case is not critical. This is in CES. Wondering if others are experiencing similar.
