I need to allow a few users in my company to send emails over the currently set size restrictions. Can I create a policy for specific users to email twice the allowed size as everyone else? I don't think I set a size restriction on the C150. I'm assuming there is one implemented by default?

Yes, there is one by default. More than likely this is still the default value of 100mb. To see what your current value is, do the following:
1. Log into the GUI
2. Go to "Mail Policies > HAT Overview". If you have two listeners, select the Outbound listener, otherwise your single listener should work fine.
3. In the "HAT Overview" that is displayed, you should see near the top the Relaylist/Relayed Sendergroup and Mail Flow Policy. This should be the policy that is applied to your internal users. Click on "Relayed". See the value for "Max. Message Size". This is applied to your Exchange or the MTA that is dropping mail off to the C-series.
Now, if you're wanting to put in message size restrictions, you'll probably want to create two different "Outgoing Mail Policies". One for the users that have higher message size limit and one for everyone else.
I would do it this way.
Keep your "Default" outgoing mail policy and have this apply everyone else. Have an outgoing content filter that looks for message that are below 10mb and then deliver. If it's greater than 10mb, then bounce it and send that sender a warning.
Then, create another outgoing mail policy above the Default one called "BigMail_Senders". In this outgoing mail policy, add the internal senders that you want to give this ability. For this policy, you don't need a content filter since you're not putting in any restriction. The restriction is already applied for the Default policy.
Let me know if you need clarification on something.
