Problem with safe/block list

Hi,
We've done the installation of Ironport and we have a little problem ith safe/block list.
so when users receives spam notification they normally can change their block/safe lists but whne we click on safe lists we receive the authentication page.
Buit we've put authentication on NONE one the system.
so could you jsut explain how to manage it when there is no authentication and the systems request a username password.

We had the same problem, but the update to v5.5.1-011 solved the problem.
