Hi, Ironport sent a message to one of my users, about that his message was put in quarantine, my colleague forward this letter to me, and i can control his safelist and blocklist in his Spam Quarantine through this letter.
How can i fix it?

You need to enable authentication for the quarantine summary. This is set in IronPort Spam Quarantine Access Settings, and the options are None, LDAP or Mailbox (i.e. IMAP or POP). This is documented in the ESA Daily Management Guide or the online help. Hope this helps, kind regards, Dave
