RAID Status on virtual appliance

Hello @all,

I'm a little confused about raid status on virt. appliances.

On all appliances the status is "Unknown" and RAID is not available. Is it normal on virtual appliances or is it an indicator for an issue with hdd?

VM runs under ESXi.

strip from version command:
BIOS: 6.00
CPUs: 2 expected, 2 allocated
Memory: 6144 MB expected, 6144 MB allocated
RAID: NA
RAID Status: Unknown
RAID Type: NA
BMC: NA

Yes this is normal

The code that does that is expecting to talk to a RAID driver that's talking to a RAID card. The card isn't actually there, so it reports UNKNOWN.
