RDNS Exception

How can I set the system to not perform a RDNS on a specific domain or address? I have a company that is sending us some company documents but fails RDNS.

I think you may want to use "Sender Verification Exception Table" (Mail Policies > Exception Table).

This will allow sender domains to be accepted. You may want to check out more details on this feature in the AsyncOS User Guide.

I believe you can't stop the reverse dns lookup from happening, but you can give a free pass to senders that don't have correct DNS information.
