Received RAID warning message - Wants to know hot swapable or not?

The Warning message is:

 

A RAID-event has occurred:

 

(0x0002/WARN) - Error on PD 03(e0x20/s3) (Error 02)

(0x0002/info) - State change on PD 03(e0x20/s3) from ONLINE(18) to FAILED(11)

(0x0001/CRIT) - VD 00/0 is now DEGRADED

Could you please let me know whether it is hot-swapable or not. Please give me the process of replacement.

Open a TAC case...  they will determine what you need and dispace parts as appropriate.

Hi,

RAID degraded would require a RMA for the defective hard drive.

Ability to hot-swap the hard drive depends on the hardware model of the appliance which can be confirmed from the hardware installation guide for that model.

Example for C380/C680

This error occurred for C670 model, could you please give help with link.

The drives on a C670 are indeed hot swappable and in a RAID configuration. Here are the full replacement steps:
