Hi Cisco Support,

We having some problem as we receive email spam and ironport accepts it. we check on sender based of the ip address and saw that it has a "POOR" email reputation. How come that Ironport didn't block even it's emai reputation is poor?

Hi,

Please review the message tracking details of the emails that passed through to see what the reputation score was at the time when the email passed through.

Based on the SBRS score on the tracking you can look at the configuration under Mail Policies -> HAT Overview to see what action is defined for that reputation score.
