HI,
I try to upgrade my s160.I tried many time and always it gives error.
The upgrade patach automatically downlaod to ironport device.Is there any way i can mention separate upgrade server

There should be a way to change the upgrade server. Recently the upgrade server's ip addresses has been changed, that might be affecting. Folks in Web Security would have better insights and should able to answer.

Hi Asim,
for updates and upgrades make sure the ESA can connect to these hosts and ports:
Simply run telnet on the CLI as below for all hosts to test connectivity:
ironport> telnet downloads.ironport.com port 80
If any host is not reachable check your firewall and update your rules.
