I have been trying t o configure the Personal Security Phrase in my CRES profile, but I see incosistent behavior. Has anyone used this feature reliably?
My system meets the requirements descrived in CRES FAQ and I have enabled the use of teh phrase on my system. But on the SAME system and using the SAME browser to read the SAME encrypted message that I have received, sometimes I see the phrase as I try to enter my password to read the mesage and sometimes it does not show up.
Any idea what may cause this behavior? Are there other factors to consider or are there known issues with this feature?
