Hello,
this morning i tried to login to my SMA and was prompted with this:
Access Denied - Access to this interface is restricted. Please contact your system administrator if you believe you should have access.
I am able to login via SSH and the spam quarantine is also working, but the admin web ui does not let me login. To be more specific, I even don´t see the usernamen and password field. The access denied error is shown immediately. So far I tried to reboot the whole appliance - did not change anything.
Any idea? No configuration changes were done since about 1 month.

Since you are able to access SSH, please check if there are any IP based restrictions in place using the below commands.
adminaccessconfig -> ipaccess
Ideally, it should be set to All (or a list of IPs based on your security requirement).
Note: If SSH does not allow you to execute these commands you may need to use the console port on the appliance.
If you or another administrator has configured IP based restriction for access to the appliance, it can result in this error.

You are right! There are restrictions set and I checked this config already today, but did not see that it is set to restricted.
