Hi,
I wonder if there is a way to notify a group of people when a SPAM arrives to the ISQ? I do not mean notifying the end user, that was no problem to get working.
Here there is a group of people that will check SPAM for all users and will decide if an e-mail is a false positive and should be released or not no matter of whome the intended mail recipient.

One possible way of doing that would be by inserting a custom header for anti-spam under Mail Policies -> Incoming Mail Policies -> Anti-Spam and then using a content filter to look for that header and notify the intended recipients.
Since quarantine is not a final action the email would pass through the content filters and generate the notification before being sent to the quarantine.

Hi,
Can you please share any document which shows what to configure in custom header. Also configuring Alternate Envelope Recipient would also send to actual recipient and alternate recipient both. PFA
