Submitted Domain Name with Bounce E-Mails

Hi Community,

Based on the configuration below, i'ld expect this behavior:

  • Sending server tries to deliver e-mail to john.smith@dzhyp.de
  • Receiving server bounces e-mail (e.g. due to wrong recipient) and gives back a bounce-mail with sender e-mail postmaster@dzhyp.de

What actually happens is, the receiving server gives back a bounce with „mx1.dzhyp.de“ or „mx2.dzhyp.de“ (the public hostnames) as sender-domain. This leads of course to SPF failures for the bounce e-mails:

We’ve established this setting on the network listener used to being reached out from the internet:

We’ve also tried the setting „work queue“ without any change in the behavior.

This is the Bounce profile beeing used:

And these are the bounce addresses, which should be used:

I currently cannot find the root cause of this connection behavior and hope, you can help me.
