Throttle outgoing Mails from Sender

Hi,

We use a Ironport C160 Appliance, an i'm searching for a solution to throttle or delay mails from 1 mailaddress.

The mail comes internal from a exchange 2010 server with many recipients and big attachments from 1 sender mailbox to send to external.

It is possible to throttle it with ironport ?

thx Luis, i know about this policy, but i need this to throttle a specific mailadress.

for example: office@domain.com is able to send 150 mails per minute to external contacts.

all other mails should not delayed.
