TLS concurrent connection more than concurrent connection on ESA

Can we setup TLS concurrent connection limit more than concurrent connection on ESA in Global Setting under the Listener?

For example if we setup concurrent TLS connection limit 400 and concurrent connection limit 300.

Will ESA accept 400 concurrent TLS connection or it will be limited to 300 connection? as concurrent connection limit is set to 300. Please respond.

The overall limit will take precedence. So even if you set TLA to 400, you'll be limited to 300.
