I am going to whitelist couple of IP addresses under WHITELIST sender group of Email Security Appliance for incoming emails. Please find the attachment and let me know does this configuration per hour. Also, please confirm on maximum messages (300 * 5000)?

Hi,

Rate limits are applied on a per hour basis unless specified otherwise (such as per message, concurrent, per connection, etc.)

Maximum concurrent connections specify how many connections would be allowed from a MTA at the same time which is set to 300.

Maximum messages per connection specify how many emails are allowed on a connection before closing it which is set to 5000.
