Hi there,
when an email is undeliverable for one reason or another (unknown address invalid recipient, etc) I'd like to be able to include more information to the original sender.
Currently they get back:
The following message to <user@email.com> was undeliverable.
The reason for the problem:
5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'5.1.1 Invalid recipient address (no such address at this site)'
I'd like to be able to allow them to get back the subject line, and any attachments that were originally sent. This way the original sender has more information and can look into the problem on their end. Sometimes knowing just the email address they tried sending to isn't enough.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Brandon

I don't think there is anyway to do this.

We recently switched over from proofpoint, and that was a feature users are used to.
