upgrading SMA .

Good day

 

Please advise we downloaded Upgrade Image file for SMA but cant upload.

To be honest - I have not seen download and uploading.  done many upgrades we always content from  cisco download and do it upgrade ?

May try TAC they can suggest any other options

Why do you need to download (where did you downloaded from ?) , you can directly download and upgrade from appliance right ?

I got this error "Error fetching manifest: Failed to connect to proxy" please advise

 

as long you able to telnet to cisco cloud site 443 port you good to go. ? what version you have ?

 trying to upgrade to version 14.

Unfortunately i cant telnet to cisco cloud services on port 443 or 80

check any firewall between, if you using proxy, check proxy logs any deny ?

is it possible to download SMA version from ironport manifest and upload it.

Not upload it, but you can make it available on a web server locally and point the SMA at it to download it from there...
