i have configure an incoming content filter for incoming mail policy where url having good reputation should redirect cisco security proxy for further analysis. However one of the url properly redirecting to proxy as per message tracking logs but user receive cisco web security snapshot where it says Error Occured/Bad Request like attach snapshot. Can anyone let me know why is it so.
